Area beneath ExpoPark grandstand in Great Falls unsafe: Horse race betting windows moving

"Concrete fragments are falling from the ceiling beneath the aging facility. Cascade County officials said last week engineers determined it’s no longer safe for anyone to be underneath the grandstand, an area that gets plenty of use during the popular State Fair Race Meet and Big Sky Pro Rodeo Roundup. The horse racing betting windows and concessions are located there."
