This track's then 120 year old grandstand mysteriously burned down in 2014, during a rash of arsons in Vernon, and there hasn't been any racing since. Racing was iffy anyhow due to a land usage dispute between racing organization and city. End of that dispute. (Some years later, a guy was convicted for the string of arsons and sentenced to a whopping 34 months in prison.)
