Mansch: For many, a return of horse racing is reason to rejoice

The first official horse race in Great Falls was a match race on the Fourth of July that took place in 1885. On Saturday, the tradition returns to town as the Great Falls Turf Club opens a five-day race meet at Montana ExpoPark.
