From a horse-racing perspective, half of something is better than nothing at all. Late last week, Evergreen Park announced there will be a summer horse-racing card at the local track, located south of Grande Prairie. And while punters are certainly allowed to spend hard-earned cash, they won’t be permitted to witness, in person, the actual racing half of the overall betting experience.
